BCI – Course Change

The BCI – Course Change form is used to support an Academic Program Change request to update details in the Student Information System (SIS) pertaining to a course. Some course details require Academic Council approval before implementation, while other course details do not. Course details that appear in the catalog (i.e. course subject, number, title, credits, etc.) and have received approval, if necessary, will be implemented in the next available academic catalog.

Attention:
If this request is made by November 20, changes will take effect the next academic year (i.e., changes submitted 11/20/25 take effect August 2026).

If this request is made after November 20, changes are not guaranteed to take effect until after one additional academic year (i.e., changes submitted 3/1/26 may not take effect until August 2027).
