Non-CUW Student ID Request

Upon receipt of the following form, we will set up a student ID number for you. You will receive an email to your personal email from I.T. with information on how to sign in to your CUW email and the CUW portal. From there, you will click on the student tab and StarRez Housing. The first step of the application is to deposit $300.00. Once you complete the housing application, you will receive further information about your request for housing.
